Guest George89
I bought my first Supra NA and i have 235 40/17 on the front and 255 40/17 on the rear. I want to get larger wheels but i don't know what size my alloys width is and what would be a good set up what size on rear and front? I have BBS Alloys but not sure of width is their a way i can check
Chris Wilson
It's usually stamped or cast into the wheel itself somewhere.
Nic
I'm confused are you wanting to buy larger wheels or larger tyres?
Guest George89
larger tyres
Nic
You'll need to know the wheel width to determine what tyres will suit, as Chris says they are usually cast into the wheel somewhere, if not remove and measure. Note the width is as shown on diagram below. https://www.rsracing.com/images/tech-wheelfit1.gif
Guest George89
ok i will take one alloy of and see if it says the width if not i guess my only hope is to measure them, thanks for your hellp
Nic
Normally the wheels will be wider on the back than the front, so measure both.
nigelboyne
if the size of wheels is 8 inch in front and 9.5 inch rear try 245/45/17 front and 275/40/17 rear.
