Just had the cambelt changed at a very resonable price, while it was there i got them to check for a suspension noise. But all the drop links, bushes, joints and subframe are all ok. They think it is probably the front shock absorbers, the noise is a repeatetive fast knock on uneven roads, which is 98% of the blinking roads in East Sussex, especially Bexhill (the shocks are not leaking).

any suggestions would be welcome.

As i don't want to change something that aint broke, especially as the car has only done 61000 miles.

Cheers
