Fcon is a piggy back and will depend if it is "locked" or not, you will need to go to an Fcon approved garage, the AEM is fully stand alone and replaces the stock ECU

Yeah sort of new that dude, but what would the different features be in regards to the Different ECU's??

Oh ok sorry

The F-cons S will have less functions than the AEM and I think it is quite an old system now, the Pro V has a very good list of functions, remember talking this trough with Jon (foodfreak)

I am sure you are right, a call to Matt will answer you questions

Cool bud, Im just curious as to what the difference will be in mapping etc. Im pretty sure the Fcon S will be up for grabs once im finished with the car.

If you already have it, I would use the AEM with your single build.

The FCon S is comparable with the Emanage Ultimate, with similar resolution and features.

This is a link to the newer IS model but should give you an idea.
