Guest exclusive
Hi, I have just purchased a supra n/a which came with a cobra alarm, however it only had one key fob.. I bought a spare key fob off ebay which needs programming on to my car.. I don’t have any documentation of the current alarm so I don’t know pin number etcs… can any one assist in how I can program the new fob to my car ?( shape of the fob is like a kidney and is in black with 2 grey bottoms), many thanks
Guest ARISTO TT
you can download the user manuals as i did from the net once you know the model number and the serial number will be under a plate which will be under the siren in the engine bay , at which you will have to remove a srew to remove a small plate that will have the number on it ..........you will need to provide that number to cobra when you call them and then they will give you the unique pin for your alarm IIRC you may also need to fax the vsib certificate to cobra also
DODGYDODDS
I was in the same predicament, went to my local cobra fitters, and they sorted it out for me for a nominal fee bud.
