me and a freind have been thinking about orginising a roling road day, (posabily at http://www.ap-tuning.co.uk/Rolling_Road.html) hes a member of the Norfolk RS owners club and i thought it would be good to have a Supra owners club VS RS owners club event, all tho we are thinking it doest just have to be a supra or RS because i know some people who dont own eather but still want to have a go, all im really asking for is whos up for it so we can get some numbers, i was also thinking about getting a magasine involved as well, which one would do a write up on all different types of car and would be intersested? this will also give good advitisement for both clubs

Just a word of caution.

I've had a stock turbo let go and a radiator burst whilst my car was being mapped on a dyno. This was on 2 separate occasions whilst I was watching, temps were not excessive and both were not the fault of the mapper. The strain of continual pulls just highlighted a weak link. I personally never put my car on a rolling road unless it needs mapping.

I'd advise anyone doing a rolling road day to ensure that everything is in good working order, all fluids are topped up/relatively fresh and that the dyno operator is reputable and monitoring temps, AFR, etc. closely.

There is a useful guide here by Alex for anyone getting their car dynoed. http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=53399
