Seb Posted April 18, 2004 Share Posted April 18, 2004 I recall a thread about HIDs and someone was having a go about how you need washers/self levelling and you can get 7 points if get stopped. Also, there are a number of super-powerful and good looking bulbs like variouis PIAA ones which aren't E-marked, and I was just wondering if anyone has ever been stopped/fined for having HIDs or HID look lights that weren't road legal?
