Kranz
Clutch release bearing. It may stop ticking if you pump the clutch pedal up and down a few times in neutral. If it does then it definately is the release bearing. Its telling you it needs replacing soon, though I'd only do it if its constantly making the noise or the clutch needs replacing as well. Best to get a spare and schedule it to get changed at the next service.

w41k3r
is this a pritty simple fit\fix or shhould the clutch be done at the same time?
pistonbroke
When you have the clutch replaced, the release bearing comes as part of the kits. however, the ticking, if it is the release bearing, I wouldn't be too worries about it. They'll do that for years and years, I'd just wait until you need a clutch and do it then.
