Ticking

Clutch release bearing. It may stop ticking if you pump the clutch pedal up and down a few times in neutral. If it does then it definately is the release bearing.

 

Its telling you it needs replacing soon, though I'd only do it if its constantly making the noise or the clutch needs replacing as well.

 

Best to get a spare and schedule it to get changed at the next service.
