Ganty Posted August 30, 2009 Share Posted August 30, 2009 Hi All Im sure you have all seen this post many times before but i really cant decide on weather to get a blitz bov or the hks ive heard the hks and like the sound but apparently its not very loud . Yeah ive heard that the hks makes a very high pitch sound at higher revs and a more flutter sound at lower revs but not heard the blitz so undicided yet ! That's me It's a very old 'trumpet' Blitz BOV, they haven't been available for many years and the new ones sound nothing like it. It was slightly less chirpy, but still sounded like a mouse fart. You're asking the wrong person mate Doing it again I'd run it without a BOV (even the stock re-circ one). Not sure what to recommend if you do want the lift off vent sound since the only one I ever liked can't be had anymore. Maybe a Bailey one?
