jackso11
Has anyone tried this? I know you can put clear lenses in them by getting some reversing lenses. But has anyone tried red ones? So you end up with 3 red and one clear on each side? Any trouble with MOTs? I think there are several production cars these days that have red indicators. pistonbroke
Erm, yeah, you'll fail an MOT. Indicators have to be amber. Red lenses will make them red, irrespective of what bulb you put in them. With the clear lenses, you can put orange bulbs in to get the desired colour.
Tee from China
Yankee cars have/had red indicators and need to be changed for amber to pass SVA.IVA or MOT so don't do it - too much hassle
