patrikbrunt
Good afternoon folks. I received some wheels yesterday that i'd bought cheaply on the bay, and today ive popped 2 of them on to see how they look. Unfortunately they are a higher offset that my old wheels and consequently they sit a bit further in the arch, which I fear makes them look a bit kack! Thought i'd post up pics of both sets of wheels and see what people opinions are. The new set i've bought need a refurb if am to keep them and put them on the car, and the current set are also pretty tatty and would benefit from a spruce up. So whichever set I keep i'll be getting them blasted and powder coated, probably in black or a gunmetal colour. Original wheels: New wheels: Arch difference: The original wheels are Desmond Regamaster Evo's and the new ones are Keiichi Tsuchiya signature rims
Scott
Regardless of which you choose they either need to bling or be coloured. Personally i prefer the originals.
Chiefgroover
The old wheels with a bright metallic silver finish would look fine, they are a nice wheel, just the dead silver finish that kills them.

patrikbrunt
thanks for the photoshops... think you might have won me over with the black finish Never mind at least I can put these wheels on whilst I get the original ones refurbed! Probably best off doing that anyway as theyre much better quality wheels and much lighter.
Scott
Keep it matt black, don't go with gloss as it makes them look plasticy. A nice matt black or satin black goes well.
marcAB10
i definately prefer the originals, and they look very cool in black.
