ive never actualy considered a price as of yet but im saying round £80-£90 but that will come with fresh sealent and clear coated lense if i do it. I dunno whether thats a bit unfair a price or not but i usual recon headlamps for around £80-£100 depending on how bad they are

I don't think they are, and even so, I was only enquiring... he's not trying to sell them, but asking about a tool to make them :)

 

Depends how you look at it. Jon does them all, he just doesn't reply or get back to you about anything lol.

 

I wasn't replying about what you said anyway, it was the open explanation of how much he charges etc ;)

I used a 4" hole cutter with a piece of wood pushed through the back for the guide drill bit to follow, then a length of drain-pipe as the tube, it is tricky getting a good finnish though, a bass box tube wouldn`t work as the front of the light aint flat.

 

what did james use to finish his off si?
