Its going back a bit and i can't remember exactly what caught on what, but Rosie / Supragal had a problem with her monster wheels on her widebodied car. She wanted to try a set of stock wheels to see if the vibration she had would dissappear. We thought it would be a good idea to use the uk rears i had as they were comparable width but they fouled the hub disk or caliper somehow as i had to go back and get the skinny 8" fronts.

The front and rear rims have the same shape, so they would clear the calipers.

However, the rears are 1.5 inches wider, which will put the inside edge of the tyre .75 of an inch closer to the bodywork and suspension.

EDIT: Never noticed those extra bits on the rears.

Jimmer can you post up a pic of your front wheel.........with a spoke in front of the caliper and a pic showing the hub side edge of the caliper and the wheel/hub face joint and so the amount of clearance there..............it may save you some time........

No sorry, another member has borrowed my front wheels. If I had them Lee could have borrowed them no problem.
