Duffman Posted July 25, 2009 Share Posted July 25, 2009 Pretty sure I know the answer to this but if my shocks are leaking is this an MOT failure? Started when I had the car on axle stands for a couple of days and noticed 2 patches of fluid at the rear wheels...put them back on and now i'm hearing a kind of creaking noise coming from the rear of the car...reckon it must be down to the shocks losing fluid. supra matt Posted July 25, 2009 Share Posted July 25, 2009 Will only fail if there is oil leaking out when they test it. so just before you get there stop off and give them a good wipe off so there dry and you should get away with it mate .
