add heywood
want to help me out. My speedo has stopped working. I want to swap the clocks with working ones to make sure it's the speedo and not the speed sensor/speed converter. Would have to be a facelift TT6 (unless N/A clocks have the same connectors?). Just a case of meeting up somewhere and swapping clocks for 5 mins, only takes a few minutes to take out. Any help much apprieciated
pistonbroke
Have you tried wiggling the connectors? It may just be a dry solder joint on the PCB.

Matt H
I have a spare set of N/A facelift clocks that we could try out if the speedo connects. I'm not sure if they do or not but if you can find out I'm happy to let you try it out.
add heywood
Cheers Matt. Any chance of maybe meeting up this week sometime to try them out? Actually maybe before that can anyone confirm the speedo connector on an N/A is the same plug as a TT.
Fitz
A friend of mine had a problem like this a while back. Was something to do with the speedo/odo convertor (not sure of the make) but he replaced it with one from Thor and it seemed to solve it. Just my past experience.
