Hi Kev

Welcome mate! I do like the look of the GTOs, especially in red.

I've never driven a GTO (or TT Supra for that matter!), but supposedly the Supes a better drive (& faster)

I suppose you'll be going for a TT rather than an NA?

IM UN DECIDED ON WHAT TO GET, TT OR N/A.

THE PROBLEM WITH TURBOS IT THAT THEY HAVE MORE GADGETS,

THEREFORE MORE PROBLEMS.

OR ATLEAST THIS IS WHAT I HAVE FOUND WITH MY GTO!

IV HAD MY FAIR SHARE OF PROBLEMS WITH IT BUT WHEN ITS RUNNING IT PUTS A SMILE ON YOUR FACE AND A LUMP IN YOUR PANTS !:p

REPLY TO ELLIOT:

IV NOT BEEN IN A SUPRA, BUT THE DIFFERENCE IS THAT GTO'S ARE 4WD.

HOWEVER THE SUPRA ENGINE CAN HANDLE MORE BHP.

MY DREAM WAS TO OWN A BLACK AEROTOP WITH A VEILSIDE KIT ON. AND NOW THERE IS ONE DRIVING ROUND MY AREA AND IM WELL JELIOUS!!!

WHATS THE THOUGHTS OF YOU GUYS ON WHAT I SHOULD GET ????

LOOKING AT SOME OF THE CARS YOU OWN, I HOPE I LAND ONE AS NICE!!!

THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT,

WATCH THIS SPACE!

KEV.

I reckon you'll want a TT coming from this car, although I have heard that GTO's are unreliable, and this sounds like the case with yours, if you go to an NA, I think you will still miss that power of the GTO, of course when it was running right. The Srupa's are solid giving that you do everything correctly. Test drive some, find a local garage with a few in stock and have a play, remember the Autos are just as good, and even people who never thought they would own one do, a very intelligent box so I hear.

And Hi by the way........

I don't really want to go to auto, buy it seems that manuals are few and far between.

i will test some out before i buy though. (im not ruling autos out)

what mpg do tt's get ? as mine does about 21 to the gallon, taking it easy.

cheers,

kev.
