JODY T Posted July 13, 2009 Share Posted July 13, 2009 Hi Guys Im have a little problem with my new engine, its gone into limp mode as soon as i started it.. Its reving to 2.5k and i have no throttle.. Ive checked the codes in the ecu and it came up with 31 and 44.. (Albeit the ABS ight was flashing not the engine check light) Now i know there is no code 44 but code 31 is airflow meter.. I was wondering if anyone with a VVT around my area might take a bit of time out to help me.. I just need to fit a known good one for testing.. If it works ill buy a new one but i dont want to spend good money after bad on something i dont need.. Any Guys going single and have removed the AFM? If i could borrow ill pay for postage both ways and can sort you out with a little bit of cash for your help.. Im desperate to get to the bottom of this, I want her on the ROad..
