Not sure if anyone else saw yesterday at Rotorstock, but the JPS Supra ran an amazing 8.7 @177.

I saw 3 attempted runs during the day, the 1st one with them lining up and having an issue after the burnout, so being pushed back.

The 2nd was I think a test run, or they had another issue, as it ran a "slow" 11ish @ 130. They came back again late in the afternoon, and seemed to get an OK launch, but when it got going it was like a jet!

The terminal suggests maybe a low 8 or high 7 this year if they nail it perfectly...

Looking

Ran an unoffical 7.4 i think earlier this year and an offical 7.6. Glad to hear it's back after it melted a piston at the Jap show rwyb day. I believe it has been built to run into the 6's, it was featured in Banzai last month- i can scan the article in if people are interested?

Didn't know it ran a 7, that is an amazing machine...

That 8.7 did actually look like it could improve alot, and it would be good if they could make it on the 8th..

Will probably be the only car that will be able to compete with that 350Z Dragster brought over from the US.
