mikerunner
will the uk spec fit j spec, and would that be an improvement if replaced to bilstein
JustGav
The UK springs are different, but I'm not sure the dampeners are different, perhaps CW might know this one.

Homer
The UK's didn't come with the "yellow" Bilsteins as standard. They are black colour and have a softer spring, not sure the dampers are Bilstein though. They certainly have a softer damper than the jspecs regardless of who makes them If you fit UK springs to a jspec TT the ride will be a lot softer and more comfortable. Do not fit UK springs to an NA.

Scooter
cheers bud, ride high whys that??????? I think they are off on a "non Mikerunner related" tangent UK TT springs may/will make a NA ride height higher as the NA is lighter etc nothing for you with your tt to tt items swapping to worry about........ mikerunner
thanks bud
Homer
If they're yellow bilsteins from a jspec they will be a good choice. If the springs are from a UK it'll make it a softer ride. Your original post wasn't too clear what you were trying to do. Plan at least an hour per corner if you've not done it before
