in doing an engine refresh and single upgrade, I had to take off the engine to change my oil pump.

Have a TRD PP, Stock disk and Stock flywheel in right now, I notice the disc has a bit of wear; has been in the car for about 10K miles. would it be feasible and/or advisable to change only the clutch disc? If so, can I upgrade to an act 6 puck or go with the stock disk

5spd or 6spd? TT or NA? What power are you running?

I wouldn't fit an aftermarket disc unless you absolutely have to, to cope with the power, as they are usually grabby and noisy. If you're running fairly standard power then I would simply replace with new stock disc. Also would be worth replacing the release bearing whilst you're at it.
