I take it you mean you are getting a puff or two of blue smoke with a distinct smell of oil under the conditions that you describe?

Do you get any smoke on start up in the mornings or after the car has been sat for a few days?

To put pics on your profile you have to pay for membership, best £10 you will spend. No mate, was thinking about a normal BPU TT. Rolling roads can be made to show any hp you want. I think you might be unpleasantly surprised if you put it on the rollers at SRR.

You will need to stop with the txt speak as most members will ignore posts and tear you to pieces for using it!

what advantages dose a oil catch tank bring

The oil catch tank catches the oil and moisture in the blow-by gas that causes carbon and sludge build-up in the intake system and the engine.

It also helps to keep the engine clean, even under hard driving conditions.

Think it's a worthy mod and should bring you at least 40BHP :D

Just to clarify:

- No blue smoke on startup

- Blue smoke on overun

What about under boost, is their any sign of blue smoke then? You might need a mate to drive behind to see this

It could be blown turbo's or an engine issue, dependant on above.

On the power side of things, either you have something very, very special installed or like most find you've been fibbed to and it just has stock turbo's. What boost is it running?

Stock has a max bhp of about 430bhp, hybrid's 450bhp. Both 1.3 to 1.4 bar.

PS: I still think this is a wind up!

180 in 5th? Engine is broke buddy. Swop it out for a 2 stroke. If you aint hitting at LEAST 200mph in 5th there is something wrong. BPU sees 212mph at 4670rpm in 5th let alone 6th. With a healthy single turbo engine with around 212/215bhp you should see around 206mph in 5th. If you want serious speed then go for the twin turbo engine. Don't push it though, warp speed will see you speaking to your hairy ancestors if the flux capacitor (red button) is on. Try to keep it under 250 until you get used to daily life!

Possibly you have the same type of turbo's as in this video here:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yv7hhYIjcOA&feature=related
