Halfords had it on website offer at 34.99 p/tub, may still be on offer As for changing the service schedule advise every 4,500miles for the oil service (turbocharged vehicles). However I change mine every 4 months, don't even get anywhere near that 4,500miles but I like the fact its changed and always clean. Also I'd advise against using engine flush if you have a few miles on the car, the flush can remove oil thats used to condition engien seals etc and affect your compression.
