Help identifying/naming a part

What would you call this part? I need one only bigger. Any help as to what it's called or who can supply them would be appreciated.

It basically screws into my manifold then I can attach a vacuum hose to it (but it swivels).

I want it to replace this which just bolts into the manifold & sticks straight up. I want it to come off at a right angle as per the 2nd pic

The first one is a forefinger. The 2nd and 3rd ones are thumbs.

In all seriousness i would call it a manifold adapter but i don't know the actual name. As for the 2nd bit cut it at 45 degrees then weld it. It might not be big enough though so you could just get a bit of pipe the same diamter then cut & weld using 45 degree cuts.

Many thanks for the tips guys, gives me soemthing to start searching for, Gav your hydraulic idea also has given me an idea of somewhere to try, thanks :)

I use a place called G&R hydraulics in Basingstoke, bit of a trek for you, but they may have a similar Tom Parker branch nearer. Just walk in with the old bit, and say I want 'this, but with this'... It usually works :)

Cheers Gav, there's a please near me that do all that type of thing, I'll take both bits down and do the "this, but like this" thing, I'm sure they'll either have one or point me in the right direction.

All this just to get my engine bay tidy :D

Swiveling Elbow, Male thread to male spigot, cant tell the size from the picture though. Wonder if you actually need the swivel, what moves around that needs the swivel?.:Pling:

That's SWiveling not SNiveling by the way!!!

Scrub that , just read the post properly, looks like 1/2" or 12mm male thread to 1/2 male spigot. Go to anybody that deals with compressed air and they will find you something. Sorry for wasting your time with the first post.:innocent:
