For some, they'll always look like a dork, others - less dorkish and for a select few - minimal to zero dorkish looks and/or tendancies. Edit: Obviously if it's warm but raining (or snowing) it's not such a good look. I think the Japanese used 14.5 degrees as their factory setting.
