I would be interested, John:)

Any ideas what else is needed?

A throttle body flange will need to be made or lazer cut. I was looking into either cutting through the origional intake ports then welding them onto a plate , then welding this onto the casting or making 6 new ports up and fabricating them into the lower intake without using the flange to bolt to. Hope that made sense :D it can be done but need to have it in front of me to find the best way

Nice to see you working your skills again John but are you going to have any means of flow testing them after chap. Intake manifold design work is an art and if not flow tested etc after then can be fatal for an engine as you will get different port flows.

On a force induction setup is not as important but i still would want to check the flow characteristics.

I try to stick the the OEM units as much as possible but after seeing the results Jamie got it is tempting but i would say to buy just a designed and tested unit.

Hello mate, I did think of this but thought if the intake ports were to remain the same length like an exhaust manifold it should deliver equal amounts but its only guessing on my behalf :) I just wanted something that made it easyer to work on and looked a work of art when on show.

Would the people who done your head work be able to flow test it
