Vacuum or intake air leak is most likely

+1

clean the air flow meter and check for a vacume leak

check the Idle air controll valve as well.

Mine has this at the moment. It is currenntly at my local garage being looked at. Idle control valve and air sensor are looking favourite but the Cat issue may be a good question as I only have my first Cat in at the moment..!!

The car is running ok when on the move it is just at idle when warm that it has a problem..!!

I had this problem a couple of months ago. The garage checked/ replaced all of the above mentioned items. Eventually they came to the conclusion that it wasn't any of the sensors sending false information to the ecu, the sensors were all working perfectly, it was the ecu that was at fault misinterpreting the information being sent to it. Bought a second hand one, swapped it over and it now runs like a dream.
