in no particular order: Whifbitz, Chris Wilson, thats about it

 

not worth going to an overseas trader for these.

 

Personally I always used to pickup a set of copper NGK's from the local parts place, about £14 a set.

part number BCPR7ES,you will need to gap these with a fila gauge.

cheers guys, im looking for iridium as I dont want to change them every 5 months.

I have given Paul a mail.

 

I used to change my NGK's every 5-6k miles, the iridiums only lasted 8k miles each time, so in my experience it was far more cost effective to use the copper ones. Did 16k miles on the iridiums, then switched to coppers and they were less problematic for the next 20k miles.

 

Sorry Paul, not trying to ruin a sale mate. I don't see the point of the iridiums from a performance or cost point in a BPU car.
