TTE Wheels , Advice on Price please .

I recently purchased a set of Lexus TTE diamond cut wheels and after much thought i think  i have decided to stick with the wheels i have . Now i've been trying to figure out what these wheels are worth before i make my advert and throw them on the bay of E .

The wheels will need a re-furb , they have sat for a while now and corrosion has set in - the previous owner wasn't the most careful driver in the world either , each wheel has some kerbing although none of it is serious , your usual scraps and chips . They have two Conti sport Contacts 245/40 front and two Ventus Sport K104's on the rear 275/35. All with plenty of tread left but one has a pretty nasty chew out of the sidewall which i was told is quite safe but :search:

I would like a rough idea of what they are worth before i sell , i dont want the world for them but i dont want to give them away as i know they are getting rare and are quite sought after .

Thanks :)

If you recently purchased them, then you know what they are worth, why not advertise them for what you paid for them

Probably because he paid a lot less for them than they are worth. Saw an opportunity to make a small profit and took it. Nothing wrong with that, happens all the time.

The centre caps are approx £15 each from TTE themselves, and refurbishing costs around £70 each (including repairs) from Pristine. I know because I recently had mine done. ;)

As for value, they are sought after, so get them refurbished, and you could make something on those. :)

Yeah i've been in that posititon a few times myself. It seems like a great idea at the time but the hassle etc ends up not being worth it lol.
