My clear lense headlights!

 

Its taken me about 4 months, as the car was off the road I wasnt rushed for time.

heres some pics on how they came out.

The 3rd pic is me comparing the origial chrome on the left, to chrome spray on the right as the chrome had flaked away.

The finish wasnt too bad but it didnt have that reflectivness of the standard light. Also when i tried to mask the rings of on the chrome spray light, the tape peels the chrome paint off.

So I bought another set of headlights.(these will be for sale soon. original lense with black inserts and no rings)

Il add pics of them on the car 2mrw.

Let me know what you think. Big thanks to the forum for the guides and help!

 

Btw am i right in thinking these will not pass an MOT? before i sell my other lights

Looking good, they definitely pass the MOT, mine passed on valentines day :D I still need to put the rubber surround back on mine...
