jevansio
Just wondering, my car is booked in for an MOT on Tuesday & I am in the middle of fitting some Recaro buckets and don't have a passenger seat fitted, is this an MOT fail?
SUPRALOOPY
If the seatbelt anchors to the seat then I'd say yes as the belt has nothing to latch to. Although if you took the whole belt out then it can't be tested so can not fail.
jevansio
So there's nothing saying you should have 2 front seats as long as you don't have 2 front seatbelts?
SUPRALOOPY
If it has a belt there it HAS to be tested, so either put a seat in quick so the other part has something to latch to or remove the belt completely so it can't be tested.
