lambada sensor

I'm just about to fit a aftermarket exhaust. I have noticed there is a sensor positioned just after the cat (backbox side of the cat), which I would guess is the Lambada sensor or cat tempature probe?

My new system has no mounting for this sensor, what do I do with it? I know some cars need a chip for the ECU in order to get rid of the Lambada sensor?

Can I just tie it up out the way, or will this effect the way it runs?

Sorry, but...

Lambada sensor? :rlol: Does it detect people dancing near your car?

[whisper] It's LAMBDA sensor [/whisper]

I just tied mine up out of the way.

erm... oops. :innocent:

Correct; It's a cat temp sensor. Just tie it up out of the way.

cheers for the help guys. :)
