Oh my god its gone mouldy while you replaced the heater matrix!!!! :D

Only jesting, looks good mate. I had a flocked Audi TT dash in my Golf and it was the bollocks. Hope you did the heater matrix while it was out. you could finish it off with a tasty suede-ish steering wheel.

looking good, was it really that easy to take off/replace the whole dash as i'll be needing to do this when i get my dash retrimmed but i'm a little worried as i'm far from experienced at this sort of thing. :)

Well put it this way i have never taken a dash off before on any car and this was a big thing for me but the guide was brilliant, not everything is covered but almost everthing is. When i got down to removing thedash from the car the alarm was hard wired into the dash and there was a few other wires there to, so i used a bit of masking tape and just simply put a piece on each bit of the wire and numbered them e.g. 1 with 1 and 2 with 2and so on.

Just have a go yourself you never now until you try as long as your not rushed to do the job and time is not an issue just try hope this helps fella.
