brians25
Do you have to fit the rubber strip to the top edge of the bumper , where the bumper meets the bonnet or do you leave it off, i have looked at pics of others on the forum but i cannot eif the strip has been left in place. and if so does anyone have a part no for it. Thanks B
d-_-b
If its the spongy rubber strip that sits across the top part of the bumper, you don't have to fit it, mine has it (well did before i removed it to take the bumper off) just covers up the bolts and makes it look a bit tidier

Dazzi
Probably something stupid like 80 quid as usual.
d-_-b
If they do cost a fortune would imagine if you were to buy a secondhand seal, you could cut a length to match that bit and have spare over. It is literally just a length of rubber seal. Bond it to the bolt heads with some silicone bond type stuff and done.
DodgyRog
It is a very good idea to replace it, as it stops air and crap going up under the bonnet. Give Keron or Jezz a P'm, I am sure they will have a few lying around. If you drill out a couple of extra holes to allow the mounting bolts for your bumper to go through the aluminium (that holds the rubber), you can get it to fit as it did from the factory;)
Benjy
I fitted mine, after the shocking replica had 15mm sanded off. It was that sh!te, the bonnet over lapped the bumper! Fits jubbly now though!
brians25
think i'll price it from steve manley an just fit it cos it's supposed to be there, as long as it isn't £329.
Scott
think i'll price it from steve manley an just fit it cos it's supposed to be there, as long as it isn't £329.99 Think the rubber bit is about 30 notes. If you look up the US IPC the prices are in there. Just take what it says in $ as £'s. It usually works out that way.
