Banging from the rear

Had no confidence in the car at speed recently, and when going over speed bumps there is a rattle/bang from the rear.

When parked up with the hand brake on i tugged and pulled on the rear wheels to feel for play. When it rolls a little bit there is a banging seems to be coming from the centre, near the diff. Now I know i need a new diff, but this is almost like metal hitting metal.

Any one have any idea?

Could it be the sub frame mounts? wheels bearings?

It seems like it is something "hanging" banging into something else. Exhaust seems solid.

Also, does anyone have the torque figures for all the sus and sub frame bolts?

tldr; banging sound from rear when testing for play.
