AlanM
Does it state anywhere what the turbo is, I can't see it?
Chris Wilson
I think if they actually get nine grand for a 1996 Supra automatic that's been buggered about with, body and engine wise, they'll be dancing a reel and having a wee drop of the hard stuff
bondango
I enquired about that car before it came into the country, price has dropped from £11,000 since then
edge
Love the cam breather pipe into the intake. looks a bit HUGE and messy edit - dont look like it goes into the cam breathers either
paul mac
doesn't sound unreasonable given the mileage, the questions i would want to know are turbo size, power, ecu and mapping, IMO any size single turbo needs a high stall otherwise it wont drive very well, what condition and how much abuse the gear box has had would also worry me slightly but if that mileage can be 100% verified (and as its an import i dont think they can ) it should be ok

Chris Wilson
Absolute tops. It's a bastardised N/A and an oldish one at that. You should be able to get a late VVTi for 7K these days, or a nice Skyline.

wilkorangerover
i always buy good ones but sell them onto friends etc who want them, i like a change also the manual na-t they said they had all paper work but when i said send me a copy, they said the papers got stolen on the import ferrys LOL
Tom
they said the papers got stolen on the import ferrys LOL now that's funny! Import docs and any history would be in the hands of the importer by mail around 2-3 weeks before the car docks and they wouldnt be able to register the car without them so that's a questionable comment there
wilkorangerover
somebody should call the garage and tell them the cars worth 5-7k lol
wilkorangerover
just been on the phone regarding the automatic, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Toyota-Supra-S...1%7C240%3A1318 what does everyone think its worth?? they said they can do a good cash deal..... Also there is no screamer pipe, could one be fitted and how much roughly would it cost to sort it?? cheers PS not bothering with the na-t miles to high price Edited February 2, 2009 by wilkorangerover (see edit history)
Chris Wilson
I wouldn't want to give over 3K myself, in the present climate. Stock N/A's are around 1.5 K in the trade right now.
wilkorangerover
the automatic is a genuine tt - single the manual is a na-t
