Any one got this months PERFORMANCE TUNER magazine Banning modified cars?

I just went shopping and had a quick look in it and there was a artical in there about modified car's and sva -mot testing there on about banning modified cars!!!!!!!!!! did not read the hole thing so if any one has it could they scan it as i think it may be of interest .

been beating round this bush for years.

will never happen as the economy is in such a state, doing someting like that and would close a tonne of businesses and do it more damage. I dont think they are daft as they would have a bit of a riot on their hands.

Just thought of it, they would literally put every single motor factors ut of business as a non genuine cv joint would fail the super MOT shinanigans.

TBH the moddifed 'scene' needs a f***ing good shake up. At the moment there is no proof of competence other than a yearly MOT- what happens if the day after the MOT somebody makes a dangerous modification or just has no clue at all- that's a day short of a year in a dangerous car.
