I have had an early birthday present off my misses over the weekend, she had booked my car in for a rolling road session at PJ Motorsport in wolverhampton. They have got the dyno pack's there which are very good my car made 521.5bhp and 450ft/lbs torque @ 1.2 bar so a very good figure and on a E manage blue with 800cc injectors, the only thing stopping me getting more power was the waste gate spring was to soft which i had been changing them around a few months before the run so as soon as the other spring is in it will do 550bhp:d

Thanks to Paul at Hyper SR great build no problem's at all;)

Congratulations, shame about the spring though, any reason why the right one wasn't put in during the original build / mapping?

When we set it up the boost controller was not on as it was running 1 bar but i wanted it piping up so i tryed it myself and it kept hitting 1.7 bar so i thought it was the waste gate so i took one of the springs out thinking it would lower the boost, but it was how i had connected the boost controller up ;)

Hope that helps Michael

Was nothing up with it, but it made 465 hp @ 1.4 and 480 lb's torque. Seemed a bit odd, and the general pattern seems to always be more hp.

Im not complaining, just didnt really understand :)

Thats a good thing the more torque the better really and thats a good figure
