the journey continues (part 2)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ok managed to get myself a right bargain this morning (until i'm corrected by someone anyway);)

sourced myself a 6spd gearbox (later model one) for £850!!! only done 38k with 6 month warranty so snapped it up and being delivered mon. Now this is going to be a conversion from a n/a 5speed box so does anyone know what other parts i need for the rest of the conversion and anyone near my area be able to carry out the work (i live in watford hertfordshire) i was thiking about whifbitz but not sure if they do gearbox stuff. any advice would be much appreciated.

Probably need a propshaft, or 1/2 of one, complete flywheel and clutch assembly, clutch operating mechanism, slave cylinder, hydraulic lines and fittings, maybe a different master cylinder, a gearbox rear X-member and mounting, gear stick, gear stick bellows, gear stick surround. You might need to modify the gearbox wiring loom. Various nuts and bolts, some being metric fine and probably Toyota only. Possibly other bits and bobs.
