i have the grilles off, but there is a magnet there which i need to take out. any ideas??

It's been posted before, but I've had a quick search and couldn't find it. Basically there are two methods. Either take the whole dash out, or (by some means I can't quite remember) remove the grill over the tweeter carefully and then snap the tweeker off. You can then install the new ones. Someone will hopefully have a link to the orignal document.

It's a sod. They're bolted in from underneath. You need to get a grip on them and turn them round.

thanks guys, i'll have a go tomorrow.
i aint had the time yet as ive been busy with my fibreglass boot install. :p
