Sony Black Face panel stuck down

Anybody know if theres an easy way to make the black face panel go back up on the Sony head units? Its the one where the whole face rotates and presents the buttons etc. It rotated down okay but now wont go back up when using the button or when turning it off so its pretty obvious in the dash now..

Have a look around for the re-set button, it will be the size of a pin head.

Or, un plug it from the battery for a minute and reconnect, that re-sets them usually.

top, I saw the reset hole but didnt have anything small enough to fit in the hole...

Just got it back from Leon btw, RLTC fitted, my old SMIC fitted and gearshift bushes changed, so I can now drive like a nutter and not worry about it....
