Just surfing around and came across these Konigs...

http://www.wheelfire.com/scontent/WheelDetails.cfm?IDNumber=KONIG_runaway_shadowBlk&TireIDNumber=LINGLONGL688&SKU=2391&TireSKU=2334&VehicleMakeFinal=Toyota&VehicleYearFinal=1994&VehicleModelFinal=Supra&VehicleOption=Turbo%20%28Front%29

...I think it looks pretty good, and not bad package price. Then I noticed its not a staggered set...

So, yes? no? maybe? ...Your thoughts please! :)

Those sizes are okay, though the rears should ideally be 9.5inch wide. The supra should use a staggered setup (for info, stock is 17x8 front and 17x9.5 rear with a +50 offset on both)

The offset means they are spaced further out from the stock wheel so you *may* get some rubbing on the arches, though it will depend on the tire choice and your suspension setup.

Would it make a huge difference, 9s as opposed to 9.5s and the offsets?

I'm no expert on this so can only go on what others have said but I wouldn't have thought it'd make any significant difference

The stock 16's have an 9inch IIRC, so as long as you don't put silly width tyre's on it shouldn't upset things too much.

The offsets will make more of a difference, it all depends how much power you have and what you use the car for. If you are concerned it might be worth speaking to one of the pro's like Chris Wilson.

You MUST ensure you get a full professional suspension allignment done after installing new wheels. Things like camber, caster, toe, ride height will need to be changed.

Just came across this site and it shows that 17x8 front and 17x9.5 rear are for the Export/US versions. Apparently for the JDMs, its 16x8 front/16x9 rear for pre-95s, and 17x8 front/17x9.5 for post-95s.

Got the info here: http://www.mkiv.co.nz/

Yep, thats correct, though many of the early imports come with the 17's, quite how many of those had them on from new is unknown! Like much on the JDM supra they might have been an option.
