Quick release steering wheel experiences?

Alright guys.

Thinking of going with one of these. But Im thinking of getting one of the NRG ones from the US mainly because they do either short bosses or short quick release hubs. So I wouldnt have the wheel too far forwards. I could probably get the short quick release hub and use a standard Supra boss - although thats probably asking for trouble.

Any tips?

James

I have the works Bell Kit

It is in the back of my mind if the Wheel came off while driving, but you have to physically press the larger ring behind the wheel towards you, it is a good 3-4 cm movement required. You would have to be a numpty to do it

but if it did some how happen, good luck getting it back on because it has to be correctly aligned. Hard enough if it is not dead straight and stationary let alone moving
