ivan
Short of going to Mr T, has anyone found a source for a decent foam to fill the gap between the rad and bumper as per this thread? http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=111352 I've been to B&Q and Homebase with no success. I think the one in the thread above may not have been a B&Q item after all. (A shiny metal plate instead is not an option unfortunately.) DamanC
I have known people to use the foamy pipe insulation you can get from B & Q etc. Cut it in half and away you go

mwilkinson
I was lookig at redoing mine when I put in my new rad. I also wanted to replace much of the seals around the air box ducting. I found a couple of sites which might be of interest. Tapes-Direct Foam-Tapes.net
