sdavies Posted October 3, 2008 Share Posted October 3, 2008 Looks as though the torque converter that came off my 1993 JSpec TT is in reasonable condition (i.e. it was working when it came off) - as far as I know this torque converter has been good for ~60k+ miles - I have no idea how well they are supposed to last: http://www.istslice.co.uk/pics/tc.jpg Only reason for removing it is for installation of my Precision Industries High-stall torque converter for use with my upcoming single build (forgot to take a photo of it today before it went on - wonderful lilac colour though ): http://www.boostlogic.com/xcart/image.php?id=95&type=P Not sure what it is worth to you Amigo If anyone has an idea what a used TC with 60k miles on it is worth let me know. Pick up preferred as it is quite heavy, but if you want to cover postage that is cool. I am not sure where in the West Midlands you are based, but I will be up in Coventry next Saturday for my cousins wedding (i.e. can bring up and am available on the Sunday if needs be).
