Well,

I've just failed the MOT, was worried might fail, but not for what it has! Wiper blades, light output and rear wheel bearing.

Light output!?!!! Know the plastic lens's are a touch haze-y so gonna clean them up this weekend and get some all singing and dancing bulbs.

Rear wheel bearing concerns me a little, i know paul @ whifbitz can supply them but havent got a clue what i'm gonna pay for fitting? Any one know any decent fitters in south manchester/stoke area? Im from Congleton.

Cheers,

rob

Just passed for the fourth time, advisory on light output, and side indicator lamps not orange enough.First ever problem on any MOT, told the silly begger the lights were a bit yellow cos they were Japanese but he had no sense of humour, better get to work on them. At least i have a year to do it!!!!

I've got some autosol to do the lenses ages ago, just been putting it off. That with new bulbs will hopefully do it, just hope i can get away with doing the outside of the lenses only, cos cant be arsed baking them!

Just the bearing that concerns me, seems not to be a DIY job on axel stands even with a very mechanically handy mate.

Which means a garage ...££££
