Hey guys,

I love supra's, but also love V8's and was thinking of getting a supra n/a shell and doing a V8 drop.

I was wondering if anyone could point me to past projects, I tried using search to no avail!

Also, any V8's recommended? I was thinking 5.0L mustang or Dodge HEMI...

Help appreciated,

Thanks

*JD

EDIT: I DON'T want the Soarer V8, I want Mustang or Chevy or Dodge :D :D :D

No, I mean why not the Toyota V8 instead of the Ford or GM?

Eric

Aaah, sorry, my misunderstanding...

I like Mustang engines, the 4.7L is too small and not enough to be able to work with. Can do a lot more with a 5.0L + mustang or Dodge engine than a 4.7L UZ...

A supra with a small block chevy engine would be my ideal car, good luck with your quest.

Thanks, I was looking at a chevy block but there's so much to choose from, the Dodge HEMI engines are beautiful so I am highly considering one!

Any chevy blocks in mind?

Ahhhh, what's your goals for the engine? So far, I know of a stroked 2uz Toyota V8 making 690HP NA. Granted it's higher strung, but it's making power. Are you going to stay NA or go TT?

Thanks man,

Eric

I'd rather go TT, but it depends on the money... 690HP sounds good, you know how much the build cost?

THanks,
