what upgrades ??

I wouldn't bother with any major bits really - service it and keep it healthy, enjoy it for what it is.

 

Pop an exhaust on, make it sound nicer and then that's it really, most other basic bits are just cosmetic or actual reduce performance / do nothing.

 

If you love the car that's wrapped around the engine and don't want to part with it you could fit a turbo kit (NA-T) or transplant a TT engine into the car.

 

Plenty of other threads on this kind of thing though, have a play with the search button :)

It's a stunning driveway ornament isn't it. I've heard rumours that it has an engine too! :blink:

Also think about upgrading the suspension and brakes. This is a good way of "increasing" speed. Allows you to corner far better etc and therefore maintain speed.
