welding a flexi

It needs to go in the downpipe really, then a support bracket of some kind fixing the end of the exhaust/2nd cat to the gearbox to take the weight of the exhaust and stress off the flexi.

 

Yes agreed, mine is in the down pipe just before the join, but i went for a 3" long, i also modified the original stay that fits to the gearbox.

where did you get your from, i am looking at the ones on ebay and they are about 35 quid delivered does this sound about right:)... any pics of yours

That sounds like a right pig of a job, especially as there isn't that much room there. :innocent: :D :taped:
