Firestorm Posted August 20, 2008 Share Posted August 20, 2008 i bought a pump of them.. good price £70 free delivery however it still hasn't arrived, it says on my order that he has been dispatched, thought it could of been royal mail cock up but they said they havent got anything holding at the office.. they didnt give me a tracking number. i have emailed them close to 10 times without a reply, i have rang them practially the same number and they dont pick up? wondered if anyone knows anything bout this company? looking like im gonna have to raise a paypal dispute and get my money back. cheers Pete Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Their Terms and Conditions say " Please allow 1-7 working days for dispatch of your order." And where it details the shipping methods under the "Parcelforce 24hr" section it states "Delivery is normally the next working day but please allow up to 10 FULL working days before contacting me" If its in those time frames then i would not worry, if you manage to get hold of them then thats all they are going to say to you..
