Looking to replace the front and rear window rubbers.... question

I'm looking to replace the front and rear windscreen rubbers. The parts that go all the way around the glass as mine are looking old and tired.

Do they just pull out? Also, how would you go about putting new ones back in? Well sealing them in place.

Also... where to get them from? Anywhere other than Toyota?

You'll not get them from Toyota, I believe they are no longer available, so I guess Unipart.

I thought you had said that the front windscreen seals had been discontinued

Do the windows have to come out to fit these or can they be left in. Also nic how much are they please.

I've looked back through some posts etc and it's been said that they don't need to come out. Not sure how accurate this is though.

Really need to wait on somebody who's actually done it themselves.

I bought a new windscreen rubber from Toyota when I had my car painted. I think they must be bonded in with the screen or something, because I couldn't get the old one out, tried for a while too. We ended up leaving it as it was, so just got the new one sitting about until I get my screen replaced.

I thought they had been too. Snapped one up on here a few months back "just in case".
