JustGav
It can be chipped/remapped, at a COST, that cost is silly high compared to a standalone unit.
Dave
by standalone unit do you mean another ecu ? .and what would be the gains ??
JustGav
by standalone unit do you mean another ecu ? .and what would be the gains ?? On a standard NA, the gains are thought to be minimal to be honest. I'd have to agree with that looking at the dyno print out mine ran a few months back, the figures were spot on all the way through. There might be a little in it playing with the timing, however it would end up costing a small fortune for a small gain. AEM do a plug and play option for the NA, however pretty much any standalone would go in easily.

Nic
I can get the standard ECU chipped and re-mapped, but as said already not cheap.
